1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between miow44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at miow44.net. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and miow44. By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

miow44 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the miow44 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. miow44 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from miow44 or any affiliated gaming platform, whether voluntarily or by operator decision, at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of such individuals associated with miow44 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors.

miow44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the requested timeframe will result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on miow44, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active miow44 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances, including bonus funds.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false or misleading information — including falsified identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify miow44 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• KYC verification: miow44 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. All players will be required to complete identity verification before withdrawals can be processed. Accepted documents include Malaysian national identification card (MyKad), passport, and utility bills or bank statements for address verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. miow44 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. miow44 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method capability. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. miow44 endeavours to process eWallet withdrawals within 15 minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within one to three business days, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable verification holds.

4.3 Verification holds. miow44 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request pending identity verification, source of funds documentation, or any other compliance review. Players will be notified of any such hold and the documentation required to resolve it.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the miow44 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Foreign currency deposits may be subject to conversion at the rate applied by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

miow44 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. miow44 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place wagers that, regardless of the outcome, would allow the player to withdraw funds without being at meaningful financial risk (i.e., "bonus abuse" through low-risk or arbitrage wagering strategies).
• miow44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to not retroactively altering the terms of a bonus already accepted by a player.
• Players found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, providing false registration details, or employing bonus-targeting strategies — will have their bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and their accounts permanently closed.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on the miow44 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game mechanics. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on miow44:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and wheel spin outcomes conducted under certified studio conditions.
• In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or network disconnection, miow44 will endeavour to restore the game to its last known stable state. If this is not possible, bets placed during the affected session may be voided and stakes returned.
• Winnings are credited to the player's account balance upon settlement of each game round. Settlement times may vary for live betting markets pending event completion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the miow44 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, robots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker and other player-versus-player formats.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate illegitimate credits or outcomes.
• Money laundering or any activity designed to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing account suspensions or accessing multiple bonus offers.
• Any conduct that miow44, acting reasonably, determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

miow44 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this clause, withhold all associated balances pending investigation, and report relevant activity to appropriate authorities where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the miow44 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video content — is the proprietary property of miow44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, miow44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other damages, even if miow44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. miow44 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

10. Privacy

miow44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. miow44 implements industry-standard data security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, and misuse.

11. Responsible Gaming

miow44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. miow44 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
